Orders

All pieces, except ready-to-ship jewelries, are hand crafted for you once your order is placed. Regular turnaround time is between 3 to 4 weeks business days not including shipping days. All orders are shipped thru USPS First Class Mail 3-4days with insurance for damage/loss.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 5 days. After 5 days, you are committed to your order. To cancel your order, email us at order@circeswares.com.

Due to the nature of custom jewelry, returns and exchanges are not accepted. We do not issue refunds. Please make sure you know your correct size before placing an orders. Please contact us at order@circeswares.com if you have any problems with your order and we will work with you to find a solution.

Ring Sizing

Check out our ring size chart. Please make sure you choose the correct ring size. If you are unsure, we strongly recommend that you visit a jewelry store that sells engagement rings and have them accurately size your finger.

Repairs

If you have question with your purchased jewelry, please email us at order@circeswares.com. We will asses and reply with an estimate. Shipping costs will apply as well.

All your orders are Insured against loss or damage. Includes USPS Tracking. Price based on weight and destination.
